What is CAR-T cell therapy?

CAR-T cell therapy, also known as chimeric antigen receptor T cell therapy, is a new method of biological immunotherapy. T cells are important immune cells in human body. CAR-T cell therapy is to separate and extract T lymphocytes from patients, activate T cells through genetic engineering, processing and culture, and install location navigation device CAR (tumor Chimeric Antigen receptor). T cells use CAR to specifically identify tumor cells in the body and release a large number of effector factors through immunity. CAR-T cells are infused back to the body to remove cancer cells, which can effectively kill tumor cells. CAR-T cells can change the protein in the tumor site, which can eliminate or reduce the destructive power of cancer cells, and can achieve the purpose of tumor treatment. It is mainly used for refractory malignant hematological diseases, such as white blood cells, lymphoma, multiple myeloma and so on. CAR-T cell therapy is a new biological immunotherapy, which can treat cancer cells accurately, quickly and efficiently.

How does AI Epic Co-Ablation System treat tumors?

AI Epic Co-Ablation System is a compound treatment mode and technology for deep hypothermia freezing and high intensity heating. This technology is independently developed by scientists of Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry (CAS) after 20 years of unremitting efforts. It is the world's first minimally invasive treatment technology for compound tumors that integrates the function of high and low temperature ablation.

By percutaneous puncture of a compound hot and cold ablation probe about 2mm in diameter into the tumor target site, the ablation needle energy exchange area is given physical stimulation of deep freezing (-196℃) and heating (above 80℃), resulting in tumor cell swelling, rupture, tumor histopathology showing irreversible hyperemia, edema, degeneration and coagulation necrosis. At the same time, deep freezing can rapidly form ice crystals inside and outside the cells, venules and arterioles, resulting in the destruction of small blood vessels and the combined effect of local hypoxia, thus killing the diseased tissues and cells.

AI Epic Co-Ablation System is suitable for more than 80% of cancers. Compared with traditional radiotherapy and chemotherapy, it is less invasive and has almost no side effects. "There is no need for general anesthesia during the operation, there is no pain in the treatment, and the risk of the patient is greatly reduced. At present, patients recovery is ideal, the ablation tumor has been completely eliminated, and the quality of life has been significantly improved.

Is AI Epic Co-Ablation System effective in treating tumor?

1. Real-time detection and treatment under the guidance of image, the ablation boundary is clear, and there is no need for general anesthesia, and the treatment process is less painful.
2. The wound of about 2 mm is "super" minimally invasive, and the patient recovers quickly after operation.
3. Directly inserted into the tumor and targeted ablation with pure physiotherapy has no toxicity to the human body, has a low incidence of side effects, and can stimulate the autoimmunity of the human body.
4. There is almost no pain during the treatment, and the recovery is much shorter than other operations.
